Listed below is a list of important documents relating to all of the medical plans offered through the City of Hope Global Scholar Program Medical Coverage Plan. To view the documents, please click on each link:

Once enrolled, to download your Medical ID, Visa Letter, and Declaration Page, you will need to log into your MyIMG account. Within your MyIMG, you can also update your contact information, find a provider, upload requested documents, and view the status of your claims.
