IMPORTANT ENROLLMENT INFO FOR J1 / J2 VISA HOLDERS
You may enroll in the plans being offered during any day in the month. However, your enrollment is not official until payment is received for your first month's premium.
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Enjoy the flexibility of choosing your own payment option. You have the option to pay your insurance premium either on a "Monthly" or "Quarterly" basis. However, you can also pay your full insurance premium for your entire stay in the United States.
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express). Once you enroll on our site, you will receive an email from us the following business day. The email will contain your online invoice which you can submit your payment using our secure online payment portal.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Once you have enrolled and paid for your J1 / J2 Visa Health Insurance policy, there are no refunds. Once payment is received, your J1 / J2 Visa Health Insurance policy becomes effective on the day payment is made. Any non-payment of outstanding invoices will cause your J1 / J2 Visa Health Insurance policy to cancel.

U.S. STATE DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS
All of the GPA J1 / J2 Visa Health Insurance Plans exceeds every U.S. State Department health isnraunce requirements. Therefore, by choosing one of the plans being offered by GPA, you will be in compliance with all of the U.S. State department requirements listed below:
- $100,000 per accident & illness in medical coverage
- A deductible not to exceed $500 per accident or illness
- Coinsurance that does not exceed 25%
- Medical evacuation coverage must be at least $50,000
- Repatriation coverage must be at least $25,000
- Carrier must be at least A- rated or backed by the full faith and credit of the Exchange Visitor's government
